I have arm and leg pains I think due to sorting and feeding milk to my 2 months baby during nights but I don't know exactreason.please suggest me what I need to consume to get rid of leg pains nd hand pains.i took balintha tonic last week is that the effect of my pains

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Try using Babyhug warm compress pad on the paining area to get some relief. Sit in a comfortable position while breastfeeding. Consult your doctor for evaluation and seek advice. Good luck and take care
