Q.

I have a vitamin b12 deficiency in my pregnancy and my doctor suggested that I may not get vitamin b12 orally as I vitamin deficiency even though I consume meat and I have taken total 8 vitamin b12 injectionand after the delivery I haven't taken any suppliment or injection is it fine or will that work effect my baby.I do not any medical problems why I do not get vitamin b12 orally and I have to take vitamin b12 injection life long .is there any other solution note: I am exclusively breastfeeding my baby

A. dear mum. it would be good to take vit b12 rich food. for further instructions, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management. ok
