I have a daughter who is 3 years and 4 months old she is having high fever 101 degree I had given her dose of sumol ds at 12.30 am 50 mg but the fever is still same when can I give her next dose of ibogesic please help

yes can give ibugesic after 2hrs of paracetamol of fever is not improving.
for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature.
also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol.
higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation.
after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere

Are you giving correct dosage as per the age and weight of your child because that does make a lot of difference secondly you can repeat the medicine again after six hours if you need you can go ahead with Ibujesic you want and also do corresponding that actually helps a lot in reducing down the temperature
