I have a clogged duct, which I tried removing by hand expression.i got immediate relief.but I'm not able to breastfeed my child as my nipples are swollen and causing extreme pain.because of that my breasts are full again.what should I do?

Hello ma’am Tried we had cobras it is actually going to soft in your breasts and slowly gradually whenever you will try to express your feed with the help of a breast pump also you’ll feel better and you’ll be able to pump it better because that way your breast will become softer start doing compress  regularly
