A. breastfeeding. in all cases you can't take self medication. specifically in this case you need ultra sound and check up both and take pills only after a proper prescription okperiods after delivered can be irregular and you need to follow good contraception as well so that u avoid unwanted pregnancy. use options like copper T, ocp etc in this with regularly ok

A. If you are breastfeeding your baby, your periods may not return for several months after childbirth. This is because the hormone that causes you to make milk, prolactin, also stops you from ovulating and having your period. If you are breastfeeding day and night, it can be up to a year before your period returns.
