Q.

I have a 7 month old baby. since birth she sleep for a short time.... she slept only 9hours in a day. Is it normal? what should I offer her to eat?

A. Hello mom some babies are quite active so they don’t sleep much , give her regular massages and warm water bath will be helpful . Give her semi solids like ragi porridge or suji porridge Ora multi grain mix , steamed and Mashed vegetables or fresh fruit puree
