Q.

I have a 4 month old baby, he is doing watery feces with every urine secretion. he is good growth and activities. it is normal or not? please guide me

A. if baby is active playful and taking feeds and don't worry about itas per what you have told this seem s normal and does not need any medications as for now . So just do not worry about this at all
