i have a 2 month 10 day old baby. Past 48 hours baby hasn't pooped but is continuously passing gas. What should be done?

A. it is totally normal for small children not to pass stool for 10 days also and if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid then and do not worry about the frequency of stool and you can easily wait for few more days
