Q.

I have 8 months old baby ..what food I have to give at the dinner ..he has breastfeed but milk is not enough he feels hungry only

A. Hello dear parent! You can give vegetable soup, mashed fruits and vegetables, khichadi, curd rice and so on for dinner. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
