Q.
i have 5 month old girl baby.. my baby have a breast feeding.. i have a pain in my breast and nipple while feeding and after that also.. may i know the reason for the pain and give me the solution for that pls.

it happens because of improper latching , cracked nipples etc
so ,first ,I advise to try different feeding positions.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
you may use nipple shield like Babyhug nipple shield for time being.
apply freshly expressed breastmilk or nipcare cream on cracked nipples
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
