Q.
i have 3.5 years old baby boy.... doctor said he has low hemoglobin that sy doctor gave Feronia-Max siruff... but when we give that siruff he very crying day and night we gave one week but he cryed until... we stoped now, he is all right now,but what to do? and which food will give to improve his hemoglobin plz sugest me...

Hello mom.please discuss the same with the doctor who has prescibed it , so hrbcan give an alternative for it , foods you can give green leafy vegetables , soya , legumes such as rajma , chana , etc also you can give them dry fruits such as dates , raisins , apricots etc
