I have 2 and half girl baby suddenly night high fever of 101 ..... I give P120 syrup but also still 99.4 or again comes 101.8.. what I have to do????

A. it is advisable to give paracetamol 250 mg 5 ml to the child for fever and you can repeat paracetamol 4 times and also do body sponge and even after that fever doesn't decrease then kindly meet your doctor
