ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Check the consistency f the motion if it is watery frothy and foul smelling then you must talk to your paediatrician and otherwise it might be due to green leafy vegetables or an iron supplement or cold and avoid milk give more probiotics
