Q.
i had vardaan drink last night and i had gas problem and my baby also what should I do.. my baby is crying continuously should I stop drinking vardaan?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. if you seems that the pericular milk drink causes gases than it should be avoid to have.
you should drink ajwain, jeera water instead of plain water.
also burp well your baby after each feeding.
applying hing paste around navel of baby will get relief from gases
