it is absolutely normal to have hairfall after delivery.  this could be due to hormonal changes.  please eat lots of iron rich foods like spinach and strawberries and dates and pomegranate and beetroot.  spinach is more nutritious cooked than eaten raw. drink lots of water. Take iron supplements after consulting your gynaecologist.

One home remedy I have tried and tested is onion juice. Just grate one onion and squeeze out all the juice. Apply this juice on the scalp and massage. Leave on for one hour and wash your hair.this really helps reduce hair fall. Use twice a week initially then reduce to once a week. You can oil your hair before that if you feel your hair is getting dry.
