I had family planning operation before 15 days ago can I start a diet plan for weight loss

I don’t think so it would be a problem for you should check with your doctor because having a family planning surgery has got no connection with the diet and all so if your doctor is suggesting you to take proper diet or medication alongside then it’s a different story otherwise you can go ahead with a diet
