There should not be any discharge associated with foul smell.
It could mean there is infection.
So maintain local hygiene and consult your gynecologist for an evaluation and treatment

If not I will suggest you to see your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
