ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes. take more of calcium ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can.

If You are feeling that pool every now and then then you should definitely get a check with your doctor ones because the kind of colleges would be able to advise your best on this certain types of nerves can get pulled after an operation but you have to get a check with your doctor
