I had a very little brownish spotting n then consulted my doctor regarding same she told me to go for tranostat-MF is it ok to take that so as to avoid more bleeding plz guide

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Maintain hydration
