he is 2.5yrs old still he can't hold his neck, he speaks only aah, oooo, uuu, he can't able to sit, he can't able to stand, his eyes are good but he cant see with a eye to eye contact.i didnt had a delivery pain, just a some bleed, nurse try to do a normal then the baby is face presented that too they tried and made some wounds, after that a doctor made a ceizure and took him outside.. because of the delay he got small damage in brain that's epilepsy
