Q.
I got dengue 3 months back.. now I am facing a heavy hair fall.. I have consultanted the doctor.. they have given me hair serum.. iron tablet, vd3 tablet they have asked me to take prp treatment..as it is very costly is that definitely needed???

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. continue with all advice medication. Eating healthy and right is very important for healthy hair, avoid stress, Take protien rich diet and plenty of fluids. Use wide teeth comb.

Take it for a mean while it is important apart from that consult a dermatologist if you want to otherwise you can go ahead with onion coconut oil either you prepare it at home yourself or you can order it from Mama Earth brand you will definitely see good results with that
