Take well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein and seasonal fruits vegetables kiwi apple banana mango watermelon etc
Maintain hydration
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
