Q.
I gave birth to a baby boy on 24 July this year and he is 10 days old today. Can I wear feeding/maternity bra now? According to my mom and elders, bra will restrict milk supply in the breasts. Please advice.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can wear but make sure it is not too tight and just support the breast and eat a healthy abd nutritious diet abd drink plenty of liquids take good rest for faster recovery
