Q.

I gave birth my daughter in C section on 7-12-2020 my period stop on Feb till now period did nt came and I am complete breast feeding along with her solid food what food I have to take and my blood percentage always low near about 8 what shall I do

A. hi mam,it is completely ok to not get periods or to get irregular periods during breastfeeding journey. it is caused by Hormonal changes . so it will alright by the time naturally. don't worry .
