i feel like I have periods ie cramps but I didn't get periods.my period date is 18 nov 2022

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear If you are fairly regular and if you have missed your period then do a pregnancy test and check if there is any accidental pregnancy. If it is negative then wait for another one week
