I fed my 3.5 months old baby after vaccination (rotavirus, HIV, ipv, hepatitis b) and add he vomited after 20 minuets..is the effects of vaccines have gone??? please answer me m really tensioned

A. the baby is 3 months of age if baby has vomited after taking back since there is no problem most of the traps will be getting observed immediately after taking them
