Q.

I delivered a baby boy on 27th of August 2024 through vaginal delivery.whenever again I get my periods

A. If you are exclusively breastfeeding then you might get your periods anytime between 2-6 months after delivery. Some mothers also get their periods after a year. I got my period after 1.5 months of delivery

A. It's normal after delivery. It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly.
