if you are giving iron supplements then it's normal.
otherwise consult your paediatrician once for routine check up

If You giving any kind of iron supplement to the child and that’s completely, need not worry about it but if you’re not giving any iron supplement then it would be advisable for you to consult your paediatrician to rule out Possibility of a stomach infection or any other issue
