Q.

I am unable to generate adequate milk it just 10ml per day and it's almost one and half month...can I give formula milk to my baby entire day

A. hello u can start drinking Galact granuls powder (2 tablespoons ) In milk (2 times a day) it helps increasing breast milk supply

A. Yes you can otherwise also I would advise you for yourself you can take Shatavari powder if it helps in boosting up your lactation then that’s going to be good otherwise certainly you can go ahead with giving formula feed there is no problem with that
