Q.

I am traveling to Jaisalmer with my son for 5 days. He has a habit of having milk every few hours. I have doubt that I may not be able to find milk while being on the train or traveling. He was on formula in his 1st year. So I wanted to know if there is any formula available for his current age which I can give him as milk ??

A. My son is 2 years and 6 months old. I give him Lactogrow. This milk is for 2-6-year-old kids. You can get it online or offline. But it is always good to ask your kid's pediatrician first.

A. Hello dear parent! Not sure about any formula milk that is good and suitable for kids above 2 years. Please check with your doctor regarding this matter. Limit the total dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy foods
