A. I would not suggest to breastfeed baby if you are taking antibiotics like Doxilin or Azithromycin for covid treatment.

A. yes you can give feed to baby as or even you are tested positive.. but take care of safety and hygiene measures as you feed.. better to pump out milk and feed the baby.. take care of yourself..
