A. take lots of water n fresh fruits. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Hi...drink more water...eat fibre food.....better if u make a habit of drinking mild hot water on empty stomach in the morning .....
