Q.

I am not able to breastfeed my baby properly as I m not getting milk fully.so need to give my baby formula milk.could you please give me some solution

A. You can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and gave a glass of water after feeding the baby to Prepare breast for next feed massage your breast towards nipple eat nutritious diet drink atleast 8 glasses of water
