I am mom of two kids i have a boy of 5 month7 days in night he was has having 102.3 degree body temprature with cough and sneezeeing after giving medicine at 8 pm it became normal but again at 2 am 103 degree after giving medicine again it become normal in 1and1/2 hour in morning a i measure temprature it was 95 after that 97 then 99 what should I do please suggest

A. no medicine below 100 degrees. fever can be because of different reasons most of the times viral bacterial sometimes due to less immunity there can be recurrence better to treat only with paracetamol if the fever more than 100degr
