A. this is fine for this age. usually kids start talking by completion of 2 and 3 years. let them explore and play. don't just stick to talking only

A. hi are you asking for your child? if yes then , it is ok try to encourage your child by communicating with him more and more. play different games like peekaboo, pretended play etc avoid giving screen exposures like tv mobile iPad etc
