I am having one week baby wat all the foods to taken please suggest me taking biscuits in this time is suggestable or not

A. Dear mum, have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have adequate fluid intake and water. You can have biscuits in moderation. Avoid cream biscuits.
