Q.

I am first time mom, my nipples are black , therefore milk is not coming out properly . Therefore my baby is not suckling yet . Every time I need to express the milk feed him through spoon.

A. hello Mom it's not like that if you are having Black nipple so you will don't get the milk take help of some elder in the house take a hand towel and dip it in the warm water square fit properly and put it on your nipples two or three times and gently squeeze it out this will help to open the pores and get the milk supply properly
