I am facing severe hair loss I am eating calcium and iron tablets please suggest solution as really worried now

A. dear mom. hair fall is common after delivery due to hormonal changes. it is good to follow a good hair care routine, do regular oiling scalp. eat lots of green veggies and protein food.

A. it is normal due to hormones. Just take more rest and proper diet.
