i am exclusively breastfeeding mom of two and a half month old and still getting cuts on the nipple even after proper latch and using nipple shield. I am losing confidence in feeding as it is still painful. What can i do?

A. hi mom try to hydrate yourself well have dal water soups liquidy gravy vegetables dals buttermilk coconut water lime juice hydration helps in better flow of milk seek doctors advise
