I am COVID positive and my only 1 and half month old..he also covid positive...his weight only 2.95 kg coz his birth weight is 2.24 kg

continue breastfeeding
exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months is recommended
Post 6 months can initiate kitchen based top feeding
by 6 months babies weight almost doubles by his birth weight
