I am a mother of 4 months old my child had mild fever and severe cold my doctor prescribed dolo drops for fever... one of my relative said babies shld be given dolo drops they are very small dolo drops is a high dose medicine only paracetamol drops is gud for babies..... is it true

A. Dolo is paracetamol only for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
