Other diary products curd,ghee,butter,peanuts,dry fruit and nuts ,fruits,egg,makhana,ragi are rich in calcium.
So take milk 2-3 times a day,curd ,ghee with every meal,makhana,nuts,fruits as snack to balance the calcium intake.
