I am a breastfeeding mother of 8 month old baby, touching upon the right breast it feels 3 - 4 small lumps are there and its paining alot. Could you please advise what could be the possible reason and shall I consult the gynaec.

A. they can be because of fibroadenosis which needs proper evaluation For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. It Sometimes can be lumps of milk that is into the rest of yours it’s better that you want to get a check with your college is because a clear idea can be given by your doctor only without proper assessment it will be very difficult to comment on your situation actually
