Q.

I am a breastfeeding mother. can I take milk tea for entire day 1/2 cups?

A. dear mum , surely as a breastfeeding mother u can have tea 2 times in a day it foes not harm ur baby but keep the sugar low and less milk adding tea to milk reduces the nutrition of milk
