i am 7 month pregnant,,how to increase my himoglobin?

A. take iron capsules if it is less are you can take green leafy vegetables other iron rich diet For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. Hello mom If the temperature is low wherever you are living then you can start taking beetroot regularly and you should also add a pomegranate in your regular diet it will help in increasing haemoglobin. Rather than this consult with your gynaecologist about it so doctor can advise your medication to improve the haemoglobin level
