Q.

I am 36 weeks pregnant and i have IUGR so my baby’s overall gestational age is 32 weeks only! It is 4 weeks behind! Doctors said I have to get the baby out by 38 weeks ! Is it okay?

A. Hello there Yes delivery is supposed to be done a bit early . Usually by 37 completed weeks the baby will achieve term and has lung maturity. Deliver in a hospital that has NICU back up
