I am 35 yrs old I am facing unbearable body ache always before a week of my periods since last 5 months

Author of questionGuardian of 2 children10 months agoA. my dr suggested me calcium tablets folic acid and vitamin d3 tablets but this tym my periods last only one day

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy10 months agoA. hello it can be due to calcium difficiency n is better to have a check with ur dictor n she will be able to guide u accordingly which is better n also safe tii n absolutely nothing to worry about n not a problem
