I am 32week pregnant i have polyhydraminos (23.3) Now i have low level hb 8.6 What are the complication

A. well preterm labor n cardiac failure sre. try yp get a GTT.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
