Q.

I am 29 year old Married women.. To plan the first pregnancy which all test should be done before planning ? Is it mandatory to do any test before planning first pregnancy?

A. As such nothing is required unless you have any high risk factors. Start taking folic acid and vitamin d medications now itself and check you thyroid profile once just in case
