I am 26 weak 5 days pregnant..EFW is 420g is it normal??

A. yes its ok for now.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyTry to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .

A. Hi Mom Stay hydrated Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits Stay hydrated Wash your hands often before touching your baby Take calcium supplements vitamins supplements protein powder Do some light exercise yoga regularly
